The campus was a 3-phase build-to-suit for Boeing, who has a 12-year history at the property and recently renewed leases on all 3 buildings, occupying 100% of the campus. The aggressively priced, 7-year fixed rate loan provided for interest-only payments for the first 4 years, followed by a 30-year amortization.
